Cattle die in Sri Lanka air force bombing
Scores of cattle and extensive damages to a church were the result, in the aftermath when Sri Lanka forces pounded what it called ‘rebel targets’ from the air on Tuesday Dec 23rd night.
Media reports from Paranthan, North of the country where the attacks took place allege Sri Lanka Air Force deployed cluster munitions in the bombardment.

Holy Cross Convent, located on Paranthan Mullaiththevu Road, 600 meters away from Paranthan junction, was bombed despite having clear ‘red cross’ markings on the roof.
